This policy explains how Ivan Smetanin, operating as iffun (“we”), the data controller, handles personal data in connection with Boopster. Contact: hi@iffun.ru.

1. What we collect

• your email address;
• licence and device-activation data (licence key, device identifier, app version, operating system, IP address);
• minimal product telemetry (event types, errors).

Your footage — video and audio — is processed locally on your device and never uploaded to us. We do not perform biometric identification of third parties and do not scrape personal data.

2. Why we process it, and the legal basis

• delivering and activating your licence — performance of a contract;
• fraud/abuse prevention and product security — legitimate interests;
• product-improvement telemetry — legitimate interests;
• optional marketing email — consent (you can withdraw at any time).

3. Payments

Purchases are handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. Dodo is an independent controller for the data it collects at checkout and processes it under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.

4. Who we share data with (processors)

Hosting provider (servers in the EU and Russia); email delivery provider (Resend); and Dodo Payments as described above. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers & retention

Our servers are located in the EU and Russia; transfers are made with appropriate safeguards. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR for EU/EEA users), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email hi@iffun.ru.

7. California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident: we collect the categories above for the stated purposes, and we do not sell or share your personal information. You may request to know, delete or correct your information.

8. Cookies
