Refund Policy

Boopster is a one-time perpetual licence. If the Software does not work for you, email hi@iffun.ru within 14 days of purchase with your order email, and we’ll work with you on a fix or a refund.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued through Dodo to your original payment method, subject to Dodo’s Buyer Terms and its 30-day processing limit.

When a refund may not apply

Because the licence is digital and delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal is lost once the licence has been activated or the Software downloaded, to the extent permitted by law. Refunds for activated licences are at our discretion, considered case by case.
